i'm sure this is just a sampling of what's-to-come with having an active toddler. erik was running down the front walk way and tripped. he got two cute boo boos on both knees. after a kiss and some neosporin before bed, he managed to get several more bruises the next day.

I think you were the same age as Erik when you had your first "ouchie" on a knee. You were running as usual, and fell at the Hudaks (Rich's parents)at a backyard barbecue. I was more upset than you!! :) It is somewhat of a milestone day to remember for Moms.
Poor guy! It's funny because my boys' legs are convered with bruises, but my princess daughter rarely has a single one.
ps. I had a big bowl of grits this morning and thought of you. Mine were sans tuna though.
