erik slept through the night for the first time saturday night. woo hoo!!! we're talking 9 straight hours for this little 11 week old. instead of enjoying the summer night's rest, i got up and checked on him 3 times to make sure he was still breathing and all that. i was so excited i kept waking up bryce to tell him too. so much for the first uninterrupted sleep since april. the funny thing was that erik rotated/scooted around his crib 360 degrees from where i layed him down to start the night. (he's a tummy sleeper - bad, i know.) i wish i could have seen how he wiggled himself around. i'm sure this behavior isn't habit forming yet. in fact, he woke up twice to eat last night! oh well, here's to the future.
